1. Who we are
Our services are provided by T-Line Aqua (Pty) Ltd t/a T-Line Programming (referred to on the site as T-Line Programming, our trading name). The Services are offered from South Africa. You can reach us at info@tlineprogramming.co.za. For billing and tax identification: VAT No. 4180282065.
2. Using the website and services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Services for your own lawful purposes, in line with these Terms and any plan limits shown on the site.
You agree not to misuse the Services (for example by probing for vulnerabilities, overloading systems, or attempting to access data that is not yours).
3. Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You are responsible for your login details and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@tlineprogramming.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, harass people, or generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or designed to deceive consumers in a harmful way. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach this section.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary (for example for security, cost, or product improvement).
6. Your content (including QR payloads)
You remain responsible for the text, URLs, contact data, and other material you enter into our tools—including what appears in QR codes. You confirm you have the rights needed to use that material. We do not claim ownership of your content; you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it only as needed to run the Services for you.
Where we store private QR history for logged-in users, it is tied to your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, layouts, and original software are owned by T-Line Aqua (Pty) Ltd t/a T-Line Programming (trading as T-Line Programming) or our licensors. Except for your own content, you may not copy or resell the Services without our written consent.
8. Pricing and paid plans
Free, Basic, and Advanced plans are described on our Pricing page. Published prices for paid plans are shown VAT-inclusive in South African Rand (ZAR) (standard rate, currently 15% included in the amount shown; you do not pay additional VAT on top of that price at checkout). Paid subscriptions are processed by PayFast for T-Line Aqua (Pty) Ltd t/a T-Line Programming. 9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably needed (for example non-payment after warnings, serious abuse, or legal risk). You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that reasonably should survive (such as liability limits where allowed) continue after termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided as is to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using QR codes or related tools. You use the Services at your own risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T-Line Aqua (Pty) Ltd t/a T-Line Programming (trading as T-Line Programming) is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you only use free features, zero). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts of South Africa have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
International customers: we welcome you; where foreign law gives you stronger mandatory protections, those protections may still apply to you.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the version and effective date. Material changes may also be announced by email or on-site notice where practical.
