1. Monthly subscriptions
Basic and Advanced plans are billed monthly through PayFast for T-Line Aqua (Pty) Ltd t/a T-Line Programming. Plan prices on our site are VAT-inclusive in ZAR (15% standard rate included in the amount you see; no extra VAT in checkout). Unless you cancel before the next billing date, your subscription renews automatically and the then-current plan price may be charged again.
2. Cancelling before the next charge
You can cancel through PayFast where available, or by emailing info@tlineprogramming.co.za with enough time for us to process the request before PayFast runs the next renewal.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. It does not automatically “undo” a charge that has already been captured for the current period.
3. Access after you cancel
Normally, paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless PayFast or your payment method provider indicates otherwise. After that, your account may return to the Free plan or lose paid-only features.
4. Refunds
Because subscriptions are delivered digitally, we do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a month, except where required by law or where we expressly approve a goodwill credit after reviewing your case.
If you believe a charge was wrong (for example a duplicate debit), email info@tlineprogramming.co.za promptly with your account email, plan name, and any PayFast reference numbers. We will investigate and coordinate with PayFast where appropriate.
