Subscription Terms

These terms apply to paid subscriptions for our online tools. They are written in plain language and are separate from any general website policies.

1. Plans and pricing

We offer Free, Basic, and Advanced plans. Free tools may have daily limits and reduced history as shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans unlock higher limits and additional features described there.

Prices for paid plans are shown before you start checkout. All published prices for paid plans are VAT-inclusive in ZAR (standard South African VAT, currently 15%, is included in the amount you see; you do not pay an additional layer of VAT on top of that price at checkout). Unless stated otherwise, charges are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) through our payment partner, PayFast, for T-Line Aqua (Pty) Ltd t/a T-Line Programming.

2. Automatic renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically on a recurring schedule (for example, monthly) until you cancel. By subscribing, you agree that each billing period can be charged automatically without a separate authorisation each time, until you cancel in line with these terms.

3. Billing authorisation (recurring charges)

When you complete PayFast checkout, you authorise T-Line Aqua (Pty) Ltd t/a T-Line Programming (trading as T-Line Programming) via PayFast to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription amount on the billing schedule shown at checkout. The amount is the total to pay, VAT included as shown on our pricing and checkout pages.

4. First charge and future charges

Your first payment is processed when PayFast confirms your subscription after checkout. Future charges occur on the renewal schedule communicated during checkout (for example, each month on or around the same date), unless you cancel before the next charge.

Exact timing can depend on PayFast, your bank, and public holidays; small date shifts are normal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through PayFast where available, or by emailing us at info@tlineprogramming.co.za with enough notice for us to process the request before the next charge.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You will generally keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless PayFast or your payment method provider indicates otherwise. After that period ends, your account may move to the Free plan or lose paid-only features.

6. Refunds

Because software subscriptions are delivered digitally, refunds are not guaranteed once a period has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact info@tlineprogramming.co.za promptly with your account email and transaction details. We will review cases fairly and may coordinate with PayFast where appropriate.

7. Failed payments, downgrade, and suspension

If a renewal payment fails, PayFast may retry according to its rules. We may mark your subscription as past due and, if payment cannot be completed, downgrade your account to Free or restrict paid features until payment succeeds or you cancel.

We do not charge late fees; failed payments simply risk loss of paid access after PayFast’s process completes.

8. Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where required, we will give reasonable advance notice (for example by email to your account address and/or a notice on the site). Price changes normally apply from the next renewal after the notice period unless stated otherwise.

9. Features and service availability

We improve our products over time. We may add, change, or retire features as long as we act reasonably. If we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will aim to give notice and a fair path forward (for example continuing access for a period you already paid for).

The service depends on the internet, hosting providers, and third parties; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Accurate billing details

You are responsible for keeping your email address and PayFast payment details accurate. Receipts, renewal notices, and support may rely on the email associated with your account.

12. Version

These Subscription Terms are Version 1.0, effective 22 April 2026. Before PayFast checkout we store a record when you accept the current policies and authorise recurring billing (see our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy).
